Who accepts orders
Orders and payments are completed on Amazon, Pothi or the relevant seller’s website. Debtanu Books does not directly sell, pack, ship or collect payments. WhatsApp messages are enquiries; do not send money through them.
Delivery and charges
Use your address/postcode on the seller’s website to check estimated delivery dates, charges and destination availability. Check displayed taxes or customs conditions for international orders. This website promises no fixed delivery date or free shipping.
Returns, replacements and cancellation
Before buying, check applicable eligibility and time limits on the book listing and at checkout. Submit requests on the website where you ordered. Different books and formats may have different return rules.
Incorrect or damaged books
Contact the seller’s support with your order number, photos and a description of the problem. Do not send card details, OTPs or passwords to our email.
Refunds
The seller or payment platform processes eligible refunds under its rules; check its website for timing and methods. Debtanu Books does not collect your payment and cannot issue the refund. This does not restrict applicable statutory rights.
